Whether you are a coach who has been around for decades or one where this is your first year, thank you for your willingness to take on this role. You will never get paid what you deserve monetarily, but hopefully the experiences and memories you gain this year will help make up the difference. Thanks for your help in supporting and coaching our league’s swimmers in whatever success looks like for each of your swimmers.
